Attendance Systems

General Information

System used to keep track of the students' daily records of attendance, excused absences, and unexcused absences.

VHub Attendance System

The VHub Attendance system is simple and user friendly. Although aligned with the State attendance reporting requirements, this system offers you some flexibility to facilitate your data entry.

Log in

• Type in your username and password.

• Select your organization (school) and school year.

Attendance Record

• Select the date
• Select the students
• Enter attendance

Select Date

• By default, the date is set to today's date. If you wish to change it, click in the date field to get the calendar. Use the up/down arrows to set the month, the year, and click also on the day to set the date.

Select Students

• Students can be selected by Name, Grade, and specific courses and sections.
